Headlands School Nursery

At Headlands CE JIN School, we have a popular 24-place nursery for children aged 3 & 4 years. Our nursery is overseen by our Early Years teachers and led by an experienced Nursery Nurse and support staff. You can see some photos of our nursery in action in the gallery at the bottom of this page.

We offer full and part time nursery provision and all children are entitled to 15 hours of FREE nursery provision (5 sessions) per week.

The times of our sessions are:

Morning sessions: 9am – 12pm
Afternoon sessions: 12pm-3pm
Full day session 9am-3pm

Government Funding Scheme for Nursery Places

We cater for the government 30-hour funding scheme and we offer further paid for sessions to families who would like more than their 15 funded hours and don’t qualify for the 30 hour funding.

Applying for a Nursery Place at Headlands

Entry to nursery is in 3 intakes at the start of each new term over the year, depending on availability.
